LV-FOAM is a rigid foam material based on PMI (polymethyl methacrylate imide) that is halogen-free. The foam is suitable for various curing processes, including autoclave, vacuum bag, etc., and can meet the integrated molding process at 130℃ and 0.35MPa pressure. The foam also has a low surface resin absorption rate. To meet the processing requirements of different sizes and shapes of workpieces, thermal press molding and CNC machines can be used for arbitrary processing.
