Metal Matrix Composite R&D Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
1,Responsible for the research and development of metal matrix composites reinforced with continuous fibers.
2,Responsible for collecting and organizing technical literature, and guiding sample testing and analysis.
3,Participate in mold and tooling design.
4,Responsible for writing test plans and carrying out experiments according to the test plans.
Job Requirements:
1,Major in metal materials or composite materials, with a master's degree or above.
2,Possess at least one year of relevant work experience in the field, or outstanding fresh graduates are also welcome.
3,Familiar with standard testing methods for materials, such as metallographic, compositional, tensile, hardness, impact, and other performance tests.
4,Proficient in at least one 3D design software, and have knowledge of metal material heat treatment and material processing and molding.
5,Possess a certain amount of stress resistance and be able to withstand the research and development cycle before product completion.


Composite Forming Process Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
1,Responsible for the design of composite material component molding processes.
2,Issue product manufacturing process plans.
3,Responsible for the preparation of composite material product operation-related process documents, including process cards, cutting drawings, laser projection files, etc.
4,Responsible for the trial production of new composite material products and handling on-site technical issues.
5,Provide technical guidance and training to operators and inspectors.
6,Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
Job Requirements:
1,Bachelor's degree or above in composite materials, polymer materials, or mechanical design related majors.
2,Familiar with composite material manufacturing processes and requirements, with a background in large aerospace state-owned enterprises preferred.
3,Proficient in at least one 3D software, with experience in aerospace-related software applications preferred.
4,Proficient in using Office software.
5,Have a hardworking spirit, good logical thinking and communication skills.
5,Good English reading and writing skills are preferred.


Composite Structure Design Engineer
Job Responsibilities:
1,Responsible for composite material product structure design, material definition, simulation calculations, and ply design.
2,Responsible for product structure assembly, debugging, and testing; responsible for design drawings and technical document preparation.
3,Responsible for following up on manufacturing processes and addressing technical issues on site.
Job Requirements:
1,Bachelor's degree or above in materials science, composite materials, mechanical design, mechanics, or related fields.
2,At least 5 years of relevant work experience for undergraduate degrees and 3 years for graduate degrees.
3,Familiar with the design processes and requirements of aerospace product structures, with a background in composite material design.
4,Proficient in using at least one 3D design software; proficient in using one or more conventional composite material design software.
5,Priority will be given to those with finite element simulation analysis skills; master's degree or above preferred.
6,Possess good logical thinking and communication skills.
