The company mainly produces products in military industry, ships, weapons, electronic communications and other fields, for example, lightweight products such as launch boxes, fragile covers, adapters in missile launch systems (cold launch); the wings and barrels of missile components; lightweight antenna frame for array antenna; antiablative material and products for missile launch systems and surrounding thermal protection (thermal launch); lightweight wave deflectors and floating boxes for amphibious armored vehicles; lightweight fenders for airborne vehicles; lightweight packaging boxes and ammunition cartridges for ammunition storage and transportation; aircraft engines, mainly including compressor parts and heat-resistant components in aircraft; the tail fins and magazine of space missiles.

BXPA1 Aluminum-based Composite Material (T5)
Our company uses BXPA1 as a raw material, which can
replace some stainless steel, wear-resistant copper alloys
and titanium alloys in the fields of aerospace, electronic
packaging, rail transportation, automobiles, etc., to achieve a weight reduction effect. Currently, our company has
developed products such as large nuts, reducer turbines,
gears, etc.
It has higher strength and stiffness, high shear strength, good thermal
stability and conductivity, and excellent resistance to adhesion, wear

Research has shown that in the BXPA2 series of materials, when the SiC fiber content is 30%, the bending and tensile strength are 80% and 30% higher than that of ultra-hard aluminum, respectively, and can withstand high temperatures of 400-450°C (100-150°C higher than aluminum alloys) with better structural durability. Additionally, due to its low density, BXPA2 is only 60% of titanium alloys. Therefore, in environments where the service temperature does not exceed 500°C, BXPA2 can replace some steel and titanium alloys for aircraft, missile structural components, and aerospace engine components, achieving significant weight reduction. It can be seen that SiCf/Al will be the most promising type of composite material in the future aerospace, weapons and equipment, and civil transportation fields. Currently, we have developed products such as tail fins, heat-resistant tubes, and aircraft engine casings using the BXPA2 series of materials.
